  • Back to Basics
    Meet with a group of your peers fro one hour twice a week for 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise followed by sets of upper and lower body exercises using fitness equipment. Prior to class, time is set aside for sharing and goal building.
  • Water Walking
    A fitness option for those who find it hard to achieve exercise goals on land due to joint, mobility, or chronic pain conditions.
  • Back Hab
    If you have back pain or are just getting discharged from physical therapy for back pain, then this is the class for you.
  • Make Your Mark
    A handwriting class for four-year olds taught by an occupational therapist
  • Memories in the Making
    A fine arts program for people with dementia.
    1st & 3rd Mondays, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
  • Moving to the Groove
    Get moving to the groove to maintain and develop endurance, strength and coordination. Get your body moving to fun, motivating music in the company of fun, motivating people!
  • Tai Chi NEW!
    Tai Chi is an internal martial art, mainly practiced for health, flexibility & fitness of the body & mind. Movements are slow and steady. Learn the Tai Chi warm up, explore the 'Chi', breathing techniques &  stretching through slow, steady movements.
  • Chair Yoga NEW!
    Classes follow the traditional yoga flow format and are modified to be done in a seated position. Participants gain awareness of body movement and positioning is a gentle manner with a restorative yoga focus and instruction in breathing techniques.
  • Arthritis Aquatics Exercise Program NEW!
    This pool based range of motion exercise class helps in the reconditioning of joints and flexibility and in the management of pain. This class is great for those living with arthritis or a follow up to physical therapy, surgery or joint replacement. 
  • Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class NEW!
    This exciting new exercise program is designed for adults living with arthritis and other mobility impairments. This class helps participants improve their fitness level by increasing flexibility, strength and endurance, while protecting joints from stress and strain. Taught by Certified Arthritis Foundation instructor Beverly Heberger. 
  • Zumba Gold NEW!
    Get the party started with Zumba Gold, a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. Great for seniors or people who are new to exercise. Class Flyer
