Chinese acupressure
Chinese acupressure stems from traditional Chinese medicine. It uses the hand and fingers to stimulate specific points on the body to relieve pain and discomfort, restore proper metabolic function, and balance and calm the nervous system.
Trigger point
Trigger point massage focuses on the location of certain points that follow patterns of referred pain in the body. When direct pressure is applied and held on these points, pain is relieved.
Trager work
Trager work massage focuses on restricted patterns of movement. With the application of gentle rocking and vibration to encourage more fluid movements, pain is reduced, range of motion is improved and balance is restored.
